Save Time and Space with Shoe Organizers

With all the shoes we have in our house, it was such a relief to finally get a few shoe organizers. I gave one to the girls to put in their bedroom and put the other one in the front hall closet for everyday shoes. It saves a lot of time because we do not have to go rotting through the closet looking for the match to the one shoe we found and want to wear. It also keeps our shoes from being scuffed up by other shoes just tossed in the closet.

I think I am going to get one of the organizers for my mother too. She can put it right below her home security system so she remembers to stop and deactivate the system when she takes off her shoes upon returning home. She always forgets to do that until the alarm starts to go off. It will save a lot of trouble of having to call the monitoring company and tell them she just forgot again. I get worried that when there is a real need they will think it is just her forgetfulness and not send help.

I am a bit surprised my mother has not gotten a shoe organizer yet. She is always buying all the different kitchen gadgets she sees on TV.  I think she has more things that will chop and dice up her onions than anyone on the planet. She loves having all the things you wish you had to make things easier when cooking. Since she only lives a few blocks from us, I often send one of the girls to her house to borrow one of her handy tools.
