Most of us want that flawless looking skin that we often envy in fashion magazines, but a very few of us have an even, smooth skin tone. If you are one of those girls that breaks out now and again, follow some of these easy, quick make up tips for flawless looking skin.
Try not to use full foundation coverage. Instead, use it in areas that need it the most. For example, the areas near your T zone can sometimes get redder than other areas on your face. If this is too complicated for you, opt for a tinted moisturizer, and apply it all over your face.
When applying foundation, start from the center of your face and move outwards. Make sure you apply foundation on your neck and into your hair line.
Use a foundation that is close to your skin tone, and try not to use a darker foundation to look tanner. This would only give you a “masked look” that would look very unnatural. Instead, if you want a healthy glow, apply some bronzer on the apples of your cheeks.
Use a concealer before you apply your foundation to cover up any dark circles around the eye area.
Use a brush or your hand to apply the foundation. Just make sure the brushes are cleaned at least once a week to avoid transferring germs from the brush onto your face.
If your face gets oily fast, try washing your face and then using some oil-blotting sheets to get rid of the excess oils. Then once you are out, make sure you blot your skin with the oil sheets to keep your make up in place.
