Clothes have always had two purposes for people. The first is practical and the second is looking good. Often, practical things are eventually made into things that look good, really good. Take handbags for instance. They started off as simple bags to carry things around in and now we have designer handbags, which aren’t always very practical.
But then, if you wanted a designer handbag you aren’t really looking for practicality are you? Designer handbags, Designer Shoes and designer dresses are all about looking good. Everything designer has to evoke a response or a reaction from people who see it. However, beauty is in the eye of the beholder and just because someone says it is a designer bag or dress doesn’t automatically make it the hottest thing around. You have to know the current trends and compare it to those before you make any purchase.
If you are contemplating buying any designer items online, pause and think a little. Designer items are expensive because they are not mass produced (at least, not in the volumes of other things). This, along with the name of the brand, the amount of work that goes into making them, the design process etc. are what gives the item its value. So if someone online claims to give you designer items at half price, you better have some alarm bells ringing in your mind. Avoid getting fakes because it will only spoil your experience of that product and you never know when something could go wrong with it and embarrass you at the most inopportune moment.
