Eyes are the window to your soul, and rightly said. It is absolutely important that you know how to get your eye makeup right, without overdoing it or getting it wrong. Your eyes draw attention, and well done-up eyes can make a world of a difference of how you look.
Eye Shadow
Try to choose eye shadow colours and shades before you start. This could save you from many a complication. First decide on a primary colour and apply to your whole eyelid. Make sure you apply it smoothly and evenly. Next, apply a lighter shade above the primary shade, make sure you blend it in well.
Mascara
Apply mascara perfectly is tricky. Remember that you must apply it using a single stroke from the base to the tip of your eyelashes. Don’t even attempt to try it out the other way. Apply mascara twice, but not in excess, until you get the hang of it. If you overdo it, you might end up with lumpy eyelashes. God forbid!
Eyeliner
The trickiest when it comes to eye makeup is eyeliner. You must practice applying a thin line on the base of your eyelid. This helps to accentuate the shape of your eyes and also complements the eye shadow and mascara, completing the entire look. The easiest way to apply eyeliner is to start from the inside corner of your eye to the outside; all in one stroke.
Once you’ve perfected these three, then your eye makeup will come out looking wonderfully perfect and you’ll have incredible eye makeup.
