When it comes to fashion, the first rule isn’t really all about making your tops complement the style of your jeans, or that your belt must match your shoe color. Before a closet becomes home to several fads and fashionable pieces, it must be equipped with a complete range of essential inner wear that is meant to give any woman both the comfort and style she needs. Here are the three guidelines to wearing your inner garments right:
- Thou shall invest in quality and essential pieces. Be sure you have at least one bra and panty with these colors: black, white and nude. Choose basic colored bras and panties for your decent affairs, and when you’d like to be comfortable but casual. For instance, under a plain white fitted shirt, a black bra may be too visible, but a nude or white one won’t show itself.
- Though shall understand what different bra styles are for. They’re not just there for style. There are t-shirt bras, push-ups, wired and non-wired, lacy and sporty bras, and they all have an effect on how a top looks on you. For example, a bandeau bra may not be very flattering when you’re wearing a t-shirt. Alternately, a non-wired basic bra will give you less cleavage than a push-up bra, if you’re wearing a scoop-neck or a plunging neckline.
- Thou shall choose panties in accordance to her bottoms. There are two fashion pet peeves when it comes to panties: 1) when the waist / hip-band of the panty shows when you bend down, and 2) When your fitted slacks, pants or even tight-fitting skirt reveals a VPL. Visible panty lines are not flattering because they cut through the supposedly natural contour of your hip or butt.
